Nobile di Montepulciano Torcalvano is mainly made of Sangiovese, in the biotype called Prugnolo Gentile.
Montepulciano, located between Valdichiana and Val d’Orcia, in the province of Siena, has been an area dedicated to the cultivation of Sangiovese for over 300 years.
Tasting: the 2019 vintage reveals through the glass a bright ruby red colour, hints of ripe fruit and leather on the nose, but also complex spicy notes . Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, silky and fruity tannins on the finish.
