Our oenologists carry out the delicate stages of verification, uncorking, tasting and sensory analysis that certify the integrity of the wine. The bottle is then filled and packaged with a new natural cork stopper.
The original cap is attached to the neck of the bottle.
Our "Historic Cellar" of Tenuta di Nozzole in Greve in Chianti, houses over 40,000 bottles from 1980 up today, and represents the concreteness of the quality and the art of wine of the Folonari family.
