The Wine

The use of Syrah gives rise to an aromatic explosion of spiced notes typical of this grape variety. This blend is an intense and charming combination of red fruit. Pleasant at first sip, this wine can be enjoyed at any

Tasting: The 2021 vintage opens with strong aromas of blackberry and currant followed by sensations of black pepper. A full-bodied wine, energetic and concentrated on the palate with a fresh and long finish.

The Field

They are called BABY SUPER TUSCAN because, unlike their “Senior” Super Tuscan cousins, they age exclusively in steel vats, a technique that makes these wines pleasant, fresh and ready to drink, characterised by fruity notes and softness of taste.
