The Wine

Rosso di Montalcino is made from grapes grown on only one hectare of vineyard located in the youngest parcel of Tenuta la Fuga. The short aging in seasoned oak barrels and tonneaux gives life to an expression of Sangiovese enhanced by a generous fruity and floral bouquet with spiced and wooden notes.
Tasting: between ruby red and bright cardinal red colour, aromas of of vanilla and autumn bush. On the palate reveals great softness, velvety tannins, harmonious and elegant.

In the winery

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel and maceration for approximately 4 weeks
