The Wine

Intense and aromatic white wine made from Viognier grapes. Hints of mango, grapefruit, citrus and Mediterranean flowers. Fresh and full-flavoured taste. Young and well-balanced, it gives immediate and deep pleasantness.
First Vintage: 2022

At the table

Excellent between meals as an intriguing aperitif glass. Never served above 14°C paired with fish risotto flavoured with summer herbs, elaborate fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
