Growers, producers and then oenologists, according to a tradition handed down from father to son, the Louis Brochet maison is one of the independent winegrowers (récoltants-manipulants) in the area of choice for champagne production: Reims. Made exclusively from the vineyard, the cuvées are the result of a refined and skilful blending of different crus of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Marie Le Brun is a small Recoltant Manipoulant from Cuis that produces Blanc de Blancs, awarding its wines the important classification of Premier Cru, telling of the close link between the chardonnay and the terroir in which it is born. Viticulturists for many generations, the vineyards extend over 4 hectares between the commune of Cuis (1er Cru) and Cramant (Grand Cru)

The Daniel Boujiu Maison has been producing Cognac since 1805 in the heart of Grande Champagne, an area of excellence for the production of this distillate. More precisely in SAINT-PREUIL, a small village where the Bouju family cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards. Francois represents the seventh generation and produces his own wine, which he distils in the historic 16.5-hectolitre traditional still and then matures in oak barrels.

The artisan liqueur factory ‘Profumi della Costiera’ produces limoncello in the heart of Ravello, using the ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation. The limoncello is made exclusively from the peels of the ‘Costa d'Amalfi IGP lemon’.
