A new series of videos with our oenologist and collaborators to follow the grape ripening on our estates, the preparation for the harvest and the subsequent processing. All the highlights of the 2021 Harvest on Tenute Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari from the end of August to mid-October. An excellent opportunity to learn “at the bottom” about the Estates, the territory, the vine varieties and the wines of our company.

Tenute Folonari and Tuscany

Tenute Folonari held the excellence of Tuscany, as a natural result of the areas most suited to wine production. Discover DOCG wines as Chianti Classico, Montalcino, Morellino, Montepulciano and Montecucco, Bolgheri DOC and the Supertuscans.

2021 Harvest diary – 02 – Tenuta di Nozzole
The first harvest has started! The grapes that will be used for Le Bruniche, our young and citrusy Chardonnay, are the protagonists.
2021 Harvest Diary – 03 – Sangiovese
The Sangiovese harvest time is approaching in the new planting patterns of Tenuta di Nozzole. The oenologist tastes the grapes from the individual vineyards to make sure they are ready for their respective wine projects. It is a fundamental job to achieve the highest quality.
